Cancellations and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. This right applies to most online purchases unless the products are:

  • Made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@scentbycallie.com within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You have an additional 14 days to return the items to us after notifying us of your cancellation. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@scentbycallie.com To process your claim, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the damaged or faulty item(s).
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label.
  • Your order number and details.

Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs for returning the item to us.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of:

  • Receiving your returned items.
  • Confirming your cancellation, if no items need to be returned.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are faulty or damaged.
